MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items such as innerwear, masks, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
