What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days to arrive.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unwashed and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and opened bedding, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping from the US store?
Currently, MUJI USA only ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to US territories at this time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check your shipping address and cart items before finalizing your purchase.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
